"La estrategia es bien conocida: se anuncia un apartamento bueno y después se dice que ése ya está ocupado, proporcionando al cliente a última hora otro mucho peor. En este caso, sin wi-fi, con sólo una sábana pequeña que no cubría la totalidad de la cama, sin toallas, sin papel higiénico y con mobiliario roto. Todo muy lamentable."

"We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a senior suite at no extra charge with an excellent view of the port. It was a great room with the only issues being not enough lighting in the bathroom and poor drainage in the shower. The shower head flow was excellent but we had to cut back the flow to avoid overflowing the shower basin. Also, the breakfast is excellent with a great view of the water."
