"Vieux-Viel ist ein kleiner und sehr ruhiger Ort. Für uns war es als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region ideal (Mont St. Michel, Avranche, St. Malo, Cancale, etc...). Supermarkt und Tankstelle sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Frisches Gebäck haben wir bei den Bäckern in Pontorson bekommen. Egal wo, die Leute waren immer super freundlich :-). "Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Mère Poulard hotel, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and we were given all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the amenities were thoughtful – everything from the toiletries to the in-room coffee and tea was high quality. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. The location was perfect AND THE VIEW from our room was spectacular – close to everything we wanted to see but also peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for every taste. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit. "Perfect location for visiting Mont St Michel with the shuttle bus stopping right in front of hotel. Alternately you can enjoy the walk, approx 30 min with lovely views. Family of four, stayed in a quadruple room which was very spacious and clean. Great water pressure in shower. Surroundings are peaceful and quiet, just sounds of birds so we slept wonderfully. The breakfast is an excellent value and I’d highly recommend it. I’d stay here again if we come back for another visit "
