"There were no bags in the trash cans and the hand soap and conditioner were almost empty when we first got there. I had to call 2 times for more hand soap before it was brought. Walls were a little bit thin and we could hear a kid screaming next door from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable and the view was awesome. The breakfast buffet was really impressive and delicious, but it's not included in the cost of the room and is expensive. Plus you're serving yourself all the food except for the beverages, which a waiter has to bring to you, and then you must give a tip, 18%, which they include in the bill automatically. The last day we ate breakfast sandwiches at the cafe in the hotel instead of going to the buffet, which was about half the price and still really good food. We had dinner two nights at the Trails End cafe. The first night we had a great meal there and service was really good. The second night something went wrong and the wait was insane. We had to wait 40 minutes to get a table, and then after getting seated and ordering we waited another 45 minutes just for the appetizer. As skiers, the location of the hotel right on the slopes was perfect. We were able to go straight out of the hotel door, put on skis, and get on the ski lift right there, which was fun and extremely convenient. Overall, despite a few flaws, we had a good stay. "

"In March 2026 I booked a two-night stay, despite the rough reviews, because my son is really into tennis right now and this trip was his 16th birthday present. The website depicted beautiful and spacious indoor tennis courts and we planned to just play our hearts out. We also planned to enjoy the waterpark and indoor basketball courts. The room was as pictured which was nice. Unfortunately, the restaurants and cafe closed several hours earlier than indicated on the night we arrived and the front desk offered zero suggestions. The next morning we discovered that the indoor tennis courts no longer exist - a massive disappointment considering it was in the low 20's outside with wind gusts up t0 25 mph. The basketball court was blocked off for a gun show the resort was hosting that weekend. The waterpark never opened on Thursday, despite the posted hours, and when it did open on Saturday, we were afraid to go based on the filthy, leaking conditions of the tube slides which could be seen from the parking lot. I contacted Expedia to complain and the hotel was unwilling to offer any amount of refund. They did offer us a late checkout and complimentary breakfast, which was actually lovely, until a baby cockroach walked past our view on the wall beside our table. My son and I made the best of it and there were two employees who stood out, Pablo in management and Louis in the Bistro, but other than them this was a massive fail. The health department should get over there asap. "

"The property was being renovated during my stay. Friends were luckier to be placed in a room that had already been remodeled. My room was okay, but in need of an update to clean out the ick that just builds over time. The work was being done directly above my room and started before 8:30 a.m., so I was awoken by drilling & pounding. Kind of a bummer to pay the same for a lesser quality experience."
