Escape to this cozy 3BR/3BA cabin just 1 minute from Camelback Mountain. Warm up by the stone fireplace with snowy views, sip cocoa on the deck, or enjoy game nights in the basketball game room with Smart TV. With stocked kitchen, king beds, Wi-Fi, and central heat, it’s perfect for ski trips and winter getaways. Dogs are welcome!

Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info.
The guest maximum is 8 people including visitors, infants, and children. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 4 cars max.

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

Pets:
We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 1 dog. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
