Hotel is next to a shopping mall, there is a playground near by too. We stayed overnight and departed early morning, hotel helped us booked a taxi at 3am and took around 20 mins to airport, good transit hotel.

Transit to the airport

Great hotel ,conveniently located to the airport . Reception was very kind and allowed me to check in two hours early, which was great . Room was lovely, very comfortable bed . Breakfast was good . Overall a great stay . Thank you to the kind ladies on reception .

Fabulous stay near Taipei airport

This is a fabulous hotel, a short drive from Taipei airport. Right next to a great mall, and a bunch of local stores, cafes, markets, etc. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to overnight in Taipei, or for exploring the area around the airport. The service was excellent, the hotel is gorgeous, the room and bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible - many options, great selections, excellent service, and all at a very reasonable price.

A nice hotel

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a shopping mall. Hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We like the room we had, very spacious and comfy. We’ve stay here before and will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was great. Fitness facility was lacking, treadmills look like they haven't been cleaned and weren't working. Big shopping area close by with movie theater and many restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful. Sauna/swimming area was under repair.

Dated appearance but very friendly staff

The rooms are of quite a dated finish, the stone used in the bathroom had aged quite badly and had become stained, some of the fittings are a little tired looking and feeling old such as the bent legs on the bathroom vanity, and rickety cupboard doors in the bedroom. Breakfast was a little bland but reliable, staff were extremely polite, friendly and well presented.

everything was great except...

Staff and their service were nice. Food was good. Facilities were plenty fine. Price/value was great. Our only complaint was that we wish the air conditioning worked in each room, but it was shut off for the "winter" to only work centrally. Our room was 22.5 degrees C, which is way hotter than we usually sleep. The hotel staff offered to help in any other ways they could, but there was not much that could be done.
