"The hotel and staff handled the situation that happened in Tapalpa on Feb. 22nd exceptionally. We had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future. "

"Bed sheets weren’t that clean. Hot water kept coming and going lol. Nice view in the back though. We didn’t have a car/transportation and didn’t know we had to walk about 1k to our rooms. Tv wasn’t even working no channels available. They waited for our check in at about 4am which was nice. Other than that it was an okay experience. Not horrible but not great."

"El lugar es estupendo si buscas tranquilidad, y una vista perenne de una presa de postal.
Fui entre semana, de manera que el silencio, atravesado por los sonidos del viento, fueron una agradable sopresa.
El personal con el que tuve contacto fue amable. La actitud de servicio fue notoria.
Las noches son serenas, se puede dormir como si uno estuviera en otros tiempos.
