After a pleasant check-in with the polite staff, we found the room extremely cozy and spacious, with plenty of seating, towels and other complimentary items. Not to mention the easy (and plentiful!) parking. I also felt quite safe walking around outside day and night.
The views can be gorgeous and the rooms and hallways are quiet and hospitable, it is also connected to a mall and convention center which was definitely a first; I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Providence whether it's for a day or a week!

We had another great stay at Hotel Providence — our go-to hotel in the city. Everything about it is perfect! We love the location (minutes to walk to the PPAC), the decor (so cool!), and all the friendly staff. Special shout-out to the smiling faces at the front desk; Racquel, Sebastian, and Elizabeth. Hope to see you all soon!

Room was very clean, bathroom was amazing. Bed was the only issue. Had significant dips and lumps I wouldn't expect a $400/night hotel matress would have.
