"We had a very late check in time, supposedly for cleaning, of which there was very little. Tried to contact caretaker for a vacuum cleaner but had no response. Cleaned as best we could to make it liveable. Drains were all blocked. Contacted Holiday Travel (managers) who were helpful and organised a plumber very quickly. They were also apologetic for state of the place and offered some remuneration. Our experience was further disappointed by nearby patrons on the same property fighting, loud arguing, bad language, driving backwards and forwards. "

"Yes room was lovely we even had an armchair. Staff were helpful to find a thai dinner. Ladies advised me how to find the fire station as I wanted to donate to people in need of my knitted rugs."
