A Peaceful Villa Retreat with Great Amenities

My friend and I booked the Tarascon villa on fairly short notice, not expecting anything too extraordinary. However, the house exceeded our expectations. It boasts a fantastic kitchen, a spacious living room equipped with a large TV, a Nintendo Switch, and a PS5, as well as excellent air conditioning that cools the entire house. Outside, there's a lovely pool and a beautiful terrace shaded by wine plants, making it a great spot to relax. I do have one minor criticism: the pool ladder. When I first used it, I noticed it wasn’t securely fastened, which made it unusable for getting out of the pool. However, this is an easy fix. We ended up climbing out from the side of the pool, which worked just fine. One additional note—this is not a fault of the house, but rather something to be aware of—there were a lot of mosquitoes during our stay in late August. Without mosquito spray or candles, it’s difficult to sit outside comfortably, so I recommend coming prepared. Overall, this house is fantastic. The location is peaceful, and the neighbors are very laid-back. Highly recommended!

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit den Kindern (12 und 14) im Haus. Yann war ein sehr aufmerksamer und zuverlässiger Gastgeber, der sich sehr gut gekümmert hat. Das Haus hat allen Angaben entsprochen, war sauber und gut ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage. Die Kinder haben sich besonders über die PS 5 und den Pool gefreut. Die Lage in Tarascon ist sehr gut für Ausflüge in der Provence geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison familiale avec 3 chambres, 1 grande salle de bain et un très grand salon cuisine. Le tout climatisé. Un vrai bonheur en période estivale caniculaire. La piscine et la terrasse ombragée sont un vrai plus. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied et de nombreuses vnombreuses

Yann est très sympathique, disponible et fait son maximum pour ses hôtes. La maison est agréable, bien équipée et la piscine très jolie. Pas de chance pour nous, la maison n'était pas vraiment propre... Un loupé sans aucun doute. A 1600 Euros la semaine pour 90 m2, c'est un peu dommage... Cependant, je pense que ce problème rencontré est très ponctuel et rare, vous pouvez donc réserver sans souci !

La location s'est très bien déroulée. L'hôte (Yann) est très réactif et s'est adapté à notre heure d'arrivée (1h plus tôt que prévue). La maison se trouve dans un quartier/lotissement très calme. La climatisation présente dans le salon était un grand plus vu les fortes chaleurs. Il y a quelques commerces à proximité pour faire ses courses en arrivant (10 min à pied, 2/3 min en voiture). Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, à commencer par l'accueil de Yann, qui s'est patiemment et gentiment adapté à notre arrivée dont l'horaire fluctuait avec les bouchons sur la route !
