Tarawera Forest

"Hotel room was fine and comfortable, but the restaurant experience was not smooth. We did not feel welcome at 9:45am and the server was not having a good morning and seemed very distracted and unsure of what she was doing. Perhaps she was new, but having breakfast there did not go well."

"Great stay just disappointing 3 of us were staying in a room for two nights and when servicing the queen bed was made up but the single one was just left unmade not very professional and disappointing."

"A great location, but the hotel parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Room was good with a view of the lake. Storage for E-bikes was provided. Breakfast was great, no real complaints at all."
