"Cute cabin in the mountains. roads are mostly paved, last bit is gravel. hills can be steep but we easily were able to get a 38ft RV into the property. The "garage" was a hit with our teenage twins, with air hockey, pool, basketball, etc. It is very quiet at night, and quite a bit of wildlife. we brought our pups, they also had a great time. very easy drive to the Wolf Sanctuary and Divide. Woodland Park has lots of amenities and eating places. Definitely a redo for us in the future."

"We stayed for our 2nd wedding anniversary and honeymoon. It was beautiful, the interior design is really on point. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the patio. We felt pampered and secluded. Taking a few cans of Oxygen helped us with the altitude, especially at night. The property description could be more helpful by mentioning that the entry is a walk up a fairly steep upgrade, not suitable for people with ambulatory issues or handicaps. We were close enough to travel to activities in the area while feeling like we had privacy and seclusion. The cabin had everything we needed regarding amenities and plenty of towels. "Great communication with property owner, beautiful views, and great family time! If you're on the edge, go for it!! It was amazing and worth every penny! Great location, about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do(we could have gone further, but our 1 year old was a bit limiting. Would HIGHLY recommend a 4x4 vehicle to get up the driveway, especially if it has been wet weather at all. The property was perfect for all of us, three bedrooms, plenty of room in the kitchen, and anything you needed in the kitchen was there. There were toys for the eight-year-old to play with. The best part was the back deck. We had coffee outside early in the morning, and after enjoying activities in the surrounding area, we returned to the place and spent more time on the deck just visiting. (With living in lower Alabama we don't get to spend much time on our back deck}. Again it was a great place to stay. Our GPS got us going in a different direction but after calling the owner she gave us better directions. It was a fantastic four-day vacation!!"
