This is an older hotel being slowly renovated and the layout is confusing If you’re lucky and get a renovated room, it’s great, but if not, one is faced with non-functional temperature controls, broken screens, rust on bathroom fixtures, etc. To their credit, they changed my room and upgraded me at no additional charge.
Restaurant hours are limited to breakfast on most days and cost is $32 for a buffet. It would behoove the hotel to offer a counter for things such as bagels, muffins, danish, etc. They could make a ton more money with minimal effort. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
