Gîte du Moulin de Tart le Bas

Nous partageons avec vous notre petit coin de paradis à la campagne.

Ce logement atypique est situé au calme en bord d'une rivière.

Il est idéal pour un séjour familial ou pour faire une pause sur la route du sud.

Piscine de juin à septembre.



Animal accepté sous réserve que celui-ci soit compatible avec nos animaux (Chiens / Chats / Poules ...)



Nous sommes à côté des autoroutes et à 20 minutes de Dijon.



Le logement est sur deux niveaux.



Pour la partie haute :

- On y retrouve plusieurs couchages, avec le coin TV.

- A noter qu'il y a des brises vues entre les lits , mais qu'il n'y a pas de mur entre les lits.



Pour la partie basse :

- Une pièce de vie avec un couchage possible

- Une cuisine équipée

- Une salle de bain / WC



A noter que le logement est une prolongation du logement du propriétaire.



Ce qui est mis à disposition des voyageurs :

- Un espace pour garer les véhicules.

- Le logement loué en entier.

- Une terrasse privative avec salon de jardin et table d'extérieur.

- Une cuisine d'été (partagée avec le propriétaire)

- Un espace de jeu pour les enfants.

- La piscine (partagée avec le propriétaire et utilisable de juin à septembre, un point de vigilance sur les restrictions d'eau).



Les autres parties appartiennent aux propriétaires.



Vous pouvez nous joindre au téléphone et nous résidons sur le même terrain. Nos maisons sont attenantes.



Au calme sur un grand terrain au milieu des animaux.



Pas de transport en commun.

Possibilité d'arriver en TER dans la petite ville voisine, Genlis.



Le logement se trouve à côté d'une rivière (10m), pour des raisons de sécurité, nous tenons à informer nos voyageurs des risques.

Il est possible de pêcher (carte de pêche indispensable)



La piscine ne possède pas de barrières.

Traum für Familien

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Gîte du Moulin. Bei herrlichen Wetter konnten wir sowohl in Fluss als auch im tollen Pool baden. Die Kinder hatten einen Riesenspaß! Alles war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Schönes Häusschen, Garten mit Hühnern. Besitzer haben 2 liebe Hunde, die sich frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen. Zu unserer Überraschung waren Milch, Butter, Marmelade und Kaffee/Tee fürs erste Frühstück schon für uns bereit gestellt, und einen kleinen Kühler mit Bier und Wein fürs gediegene Ankommen gab es auch (muss natürlich bezahlt werden). Einfach traumhaft, das nahe gelegen Dijon lohnt sich! Achtung: es gibt 3 große Betten im Obergeschoss, welches durch Raumtrenner unterzeilz ist, aber keine separaten Schlafzimmer. Für uns war das völlig in Ordnung, muss man aber unter Umständen wissen.
