Comfortable, perfectly equipped, with a 50m2 deck facing the sea, terrace with 2 tables, 06 chairs and 1 lounge area and enclosed garden.

You will live in the West Indian style after intense days lounging lulled by the sound of the waves with a glass of ti punch in hand.

2 additional air-conditioned and ventilated bedrooms.
One side of the sea, equipped with a 160x200 bed, the other with a 180x200 bed bed or in a 2-bed version of 90×200.

7 minutes by car from the village of Trinité (city centre of the municipality), a local market, restaurants, an ECOMAX.
Equidistant away, a ZAC where you will find a Carrefour Market and a Leader Price.
10 minutes by car, the town of Tartane, a typical fishing village not to be missed in the North Atlantic with its nature reserve located on the Caravelle peninsula, its hiking trails, its magnificent beaches and its promenade lined with restaurants.
30 minutes from Aimé Césaire International Airport.
30 minutes from the capital city Fort de France.
