"The hotel itself is not what it was before. Definitely requires renovation. Cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory: toilet seat was not clean and I had to scrub away the traces of urine. The breakfast is alright. No comments. The staff is very polite from the reception to the reastaurant and cleaning."

"Met at exact time for checkin. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. New room and furniture. Washing machine was great benefit. "

"Spacious rooms and large beds. Noisy room due to roof construction works opposite our room. View is horrible and looks over a factory and storage silos. Area is part of the port and isolated from the rest of the city. Staff require extensive training in client relations. We asked the receptionist to give us another room butno responce from her. Although the hotel has a covered auto park, they forced us to park on the main street because we refused to valet park the by a hotel staff. It was a rental and we didn't want any damage on the car."

"The Hotel does NOT worth 1 star. The rooms are with split air conditioning but NOT working ,only giving hot air. The furniture ,sheets,blankets are outdated. The management does NOT speak English only through mobile translator. I booked for 7 days and did NOT check in as the rooms are very hot and bathroom and furniture are outdated. The management have not returned the money despite the fact that they promised to do so. Do NOT bother to deal with this hotel AT ALL. Worst ever management and Expedia evaluation is TOTALLY MISLEADIND. My worst experience in Samsun, hate to mention it."
