Deceptive photo - do not pay in advance

Arrived at 17:00 into a shabby courtyard reeking of cigarette smoke The electricity was not working - another hotel 20 metres down the street had power. We had payed for 2 rooms a week in advance. One room was windowless and had not yet been made up - was informed that no other room was available. The other room had a window but was old with hard, narrow beds. Cheaper than other hotels I have stayed in but much lower quality so not good value for money. Left the hotel without staying there - did not receive any refund. If you book this property, do not pay in advance!
