"The property itself was okay, but the service was highly unprofessional. I booked my room online, but the man at the front desk claimed they had not received the payment. After I showed him my receipt, he finally gave us our room. To make matters worse, a woman working there was incredibly rude. She actually made fun of me and laughed about the situation with the desk worker."

"It was my worst hotel experience in my life. We agreed on airport pickup and dropoff service total of $8 and the next day they asked for 8 for each way Total of 16! There's a text from hotel confirming pick up AND drop off TOTAL price $8 however they woke me up and called me downstairs to reception twice to tell this. The main complaint is simply the check-in process.
