nice staffs, but pick-up service has to be checked

Thanks to the nice and friendly staffs!! :) Generally enjoyed clean and convenient stay. But at first, I had a problem with the airport pick-up service. It was my first trip to Uzbek, and I arrived at the airport in the evening, so I booked the pick-up service. But the driver brought me to a strange, dark place. I was frightened by that. So I showed the hotel address and phone number to the driver, and could get to the hotel after spending 40 minutes. I don't know whether it was the driver's mistake or the hotel has a problem with pick-up service system. Anyway, they have to fix it for next guests.

Great hotel centrally located

Excellent experience of a great stay. Centrally located. The mattresses and beds were all very comfortable and cleaned up daily. New and modern hotel with good and silent air-con. The buffet breakfast was magnificent with a lot of food to offer. Helpful and friendly staff. Very fast internet speed. Highly recommended.
