During my stay at Hilton Tashkent from February 22nd to February 24th, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's exceptional service. The employees were not only friendly but also proficient in English, making communication effortless. Horrible place. The suite which cost more than 400$ per nightly was full of insects and the bed was full of wicket. My whole body was bited. The problem continues also the alternative suite they gave me. I had to sleep on the sofa at the lobby. The manager responded rudely, threatened to call the police and tried to silent the issue by sending fruits and wine to my suite. Of course, I rejected! The towel was full of blood stains. The room was very dirty:,hairs and insects everywhere! Don’t visit this horrible hotel. Date of stay: 19-22/8/23

Property is ideally located and good facilities and access to city park. Despite high occupancy, the Front Desk manager was courteous to grant us a late check-out without any additional fees. Disappointed that even after our special request for room with a park view sent in advance, we were assigned a room without a decent view :(
