Pleasant stay

It was a nice and pleasant stay. I liked the facilities and the hotel overall. Staff is hospitable, attentive and supportive of guests' needs. I'd like to mention Antar, Front Office receptionist, who helped me a lot on the last day to arrange my departure to the airport in the morning and supported with a piece of advice as per Yandex taxi booking. the standards are really kept high in the hotel and I appreciated my short but memorable stay in there. Thank you.

Gündüz otele giriş yaptım. Resepsiyona arkadaşımın geç saatlerde geleceğini birlikte kalacağımı söyledim, bir sorun olmaması için teyit ettim. Bölgedeki bazı oteller kural gereği evlilik cüzdanı olmadan çiftlern konaklamasına izin vermiyor. 4. Defa konakladık bu otelde. Kız arkadaşım geldiğinde kendisini ‘’night manager’’ olarak tanıtan yaka kartsız görevlinin hal ve hareketleri tavırları son derece rahatsız ediciydi. Kurallar değişmiş olabilir ancak ses tonu ve yüz ifadesi aptalcaydı. Görevlinin uyarılmasını müşterilere karşı ses tonuna dikkat etmesi konusunda uyarılmasını rica ederim.
