The staff were very kind. They have kindly helped us find a transportation from Tashkent to Samarkand. Furthermore, they made a free lunch for us during the travel!

Disliked: Amenities
Location is awful, far from everything. No shops or restaurants nearby. Breakfast was disgusting. Dinner was OK but why no wine or beer? I don’t understand how this place was rated “exceptional”
