We spent New Year’s at T City Hotel and were very disappointed. The service was terrible, and nothing was working—neither the pool nor the restaurant. Before checkout, we had to wait a long time in the lobby while the staff conducted a check, with no apologies or comfort offered. My daughter was in a winter coat, feeling hot, and we stood there while the process dragged on. It was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with a taxi waiting outside. This experience left a bad aftertaste and completely spoiled our impression of the hotel, which we expected to be more hospitable and comfortable.

とても好立地で室内設備も全体的に新しいホテルでした。オフィスビルとの気味共用施設なのでホテルらしいロビーや各種施設が欲しい人には不向きですが、部屋だけを使うのであれば満足。しいていうならばエアコンの効きが遅いので効くまで部屋が冷えます。冬どうなるのかは気になるところ。
