"The hotel is new, clean, and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind, although the English of the weekend staff could have been better. The weekday staff were quite fluent. I had messaged the hotel before my stay that I would need to reserve an airport transfer early Monday morning. Once I arrived Sunday evening, no one was aware of this or seemed to know how to set this up. I showed them the messages I had sent and insisted that something be arranged. I went to bed uncertain as to how I would get to the airport the next day. And it turned out my alternative, Yandex Go, was unavailable the next morning due to drone strikes in Russia on their servers. All turned out well when I went to the front desk the next morning and a driver was there early, waiting for me. I was very grateful but wished to have been spared the anxiety. People who book here should be aware that alcohol is not served anywhere on the premises. Not a problem necessarily, but just something to know."

"The hotel was was really nice and we loved the location. However I am vegetarian and there was nothing on the menu for me to eat. Fortunately there are many testing nearby. Also we went to have a look at the pool and we're told that the pool was not included in our stay...Well it was advertised on hotels.com as having a pool. Something dodgy going on there I believe. I think the woman who told us this was lying and this affected our experience and the rating that I'm prepared to give the hotel..Don't say you have a pool then say oh no you can't use it!"

"Hotel is in a beautiful building that is in a more residential area. Rooms are spacious with wood floors. Extremely comfy mattress and pillows. Coffee and water in the room. I would add body lotion to the bathroom essential mix. Small mini mart across the street.25 walk to closet metro station. Fantastic breakfast and food at the restaurant was exceptional. Restaurant manager and front desk TEAM were 10/10! Highly recommended."
