"Nice hotel and friendly staff. Comfy bed and nice food, but the climb all the way up the hill is not for the fainthearted. Not a lot of choice in Tasiilaq, but be prepared for a very steep walk if you are staying here."

"It’s the only hotel (+restaurant) in the area so the owner doesn’t have any incentive to be nice. I arrived around noon, walked 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel. No one was in the lobby. "Overall, a good stay. The room is smaller than what appears in the photo and is VERY basic. The bed is very small. The breakfast was supposed to be included, but the restaurant was closed. Centrally located, though everything is central in the small city. The front desk was very responsive."
