"Lake Tekapo is a very small town drawing tourists to the beautiful lake. The Godley Hotel is a wonderful spot to rest, get a meal, enjoy a drink, and visit the other restaurants and shops. Their restaurant is open early and later than many others nearby. But note their laundry facility is not available later in the evening. Arrive in Lake Tekapo in the early afternoon to take advantage of all it and this hotel have to offer."
