"A century of service to the North Rim. They've got it down. Don't miss the cookies and the excellent native art. Good prices and knowledgeable staff."
"The amenities were access to the Grand Canyon and elk roaming around. It is soo quiet and peaceful on the grounds!! The restaurant is a Buffett fort breakfast which kept two teen age boys fueled until 3:00 PM."
"Liked the living area which had seating & views of the Canyon. Location was nice. There is no front desk, had vending machines & ice & nice living area.
Our room was not very clean. Bathroom was not clean & had dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod. At that point, cleanliness of the entire room was questionable. TV was snowy & presented with static. Called number given at check in to report issues but no one at front desk answered on a couple of different occasions- let phone ring 10-15 minutes each time. Told manager where you checked in & out which is next door in a different hotel at checkout. He was apologetic & said he’d notify Expedia & work out a partial refund. Hopefully the manager & Expedia will compensate. I have to follow up with this as I have not heard from either party. We only stayed one night so we were trying to enjoy the views as much as possible."
Beautifully restored cottage surrounded by Vermilion Cliffs

"This place is very charming. The host was very friendly and responsive. The location was great and the views were stunning! There's no oven, but they do have a BBQ outside. The place was mostly very clean. There were some spots at the bottom of the cabinets that could use a deeper clean as there were some droppings. I get it, it's in the middle of the desert. We just made sure to wash the pans in those cabinets before use. Overall it was a great experience."

"Is this a luxurious 5 star place? No. Does it have location to Grand Canyon and Colorado? Yes! We personally loved it and thought the whole place, the owners, and the entire experience was amazing. We floated the Colorado and hikes lees ferry park. HIGHLY recommend that! We cooked at the house every day and they had everything we needed. "
