Though the property we booked at Expedia was not what we expected as the description was unclear and Four adults could not stay in the bungalow suite the property gave us another room at no expense Their goal is to make you happy with your stay

Casa in Maremma Tuscany Village
Stayed July 2017, overralll good. Focusing on negative aspects, can bè noisy with music if your apartment is cose to the pool/entrateinment area. Jacuzzi did not work.

Farmhouse in the greenery of the Tuscany countryside with private pool and view
The property is remote and peaceful with a lovely garden. We enjoyed the fireplace… very cozy in the fall. As noted by other guests, the road is primitive but we did not have any problems with access. A short commute to Montalcino for wine tasting.
