Close to the lake is literally 1 block away! So close for enjoying everything the lake has to offer. The house is a perfect meeting point for families. This is a classic bach which has recently been painted and is clean and warm and really comfortable. There is a large deck on the upper level with lake views. Please note the yard is NOT fully fenced.
PLease note internal stairs. The property has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Both levels have bathroom access. Perfect for 2 families.
Please note: NO PARTIES SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY
The lake is at the end of the road. There is parking for 2 cars on the property and plenty of space on the berm for extra vehicles if needed.
