With a fenced section you can relax knowing the kids are safe playing anywhere on the property.

All linen is provided for your stay and beds will be made up and ready for your arrival, so all you need to do is relax and unwind. The interior of this thoughtfully decorated retreat boasts a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern elegance which creates a cozy ambiance, complemented by plush furnishings and inviting textures. During your stay you can unwind in beautiful rooms adorned with cozy throws and luxurious linens, while communal spaces invite socialising and relaxation. Every corner exudes warmth and personality, inviting you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

When you book to stay at this beautiful home you will have the entire place to yourselves to enjoy, including a lock up garage for your personal use. Inside is a BBQ which is easily transported to the front patio for you to enjoy those long summer evenings. The entire section is fully fenced and safe for children, however we do ask that you supervise them at all times when at the property.

As your Hosts we`ll only a phone call away, however unless required we tend to leave our guests in peace to enjoy their time in Taupo with family and friends.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES - Unless confirmed in advance via the Guest Portal link, check-in is 3.00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am on your final day. Cleaning rosters are set a week in advance and the team start at 10:00am, thank you.


LINEN - Please strip the sheets and pillows placing them in the bathroom together with bath and kitchen towels and cloths. Please do not strip duvets as they are washed separately. (No need to wash any linen please as this is done professionally).


BBQ - If a BBQ is provided and used, please ensure you clean it prior to departure or a $50 fee will be incurred. We have provided everything required to clean it in the blue cube.


KITCHEN - If a dishwasher is provided please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Alternatively please handwash your dishes and put them away. Please do not turn the fridge/freezer off.


RUBBISH - Two bags and a recycling bin are provided free of charge. These are located under the kitchen sink, with bins outside. Any surplus rubbish, please leave in rubbish bags beside the bins. Please contact us if this is an issue for any reason.


DAMAGE OR MAINTENANCE ISSUES - Please report any accidental property damage or maintenance issues as you come across them and prior to departure so that we can resolve issues before our next guests arrive.
