Inside, the home is warm, well-appointed, and thoughtfully prepared — a comfortable base for families, couples travelling together, or a group of mates looking for a solid Taupo stay. A heat pump keeps the lounge cosy year-round, and the kitchen comes well equipped including a DeLonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine.



Out back, a private side lawn with a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, and a shade umbrella makes it easy to enjoy a relaxed evening outside.Whether you're planning a morning on the lake, a round of golf, or a lazy afternoon with a coffee and the outdoors, the layout suits it all.



Kokomea Shopping Centre and Woolworths are just around the corner for your provisions, and within five minutes you'll find the lake, the airport, and Dropzone — home to a restaurant, mini golf, a trampoline park, bowling, an arcade, and an ice cream shop.It's a great spot for families, and handy for guests arriving by air too.



Kopakopa Rest sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, with a separate laundry in the garage and storage space for bikes and gear. Tidy, quiet, and well located — this is a Taupo stay that just works.

House Rules and Information:



Parking: There is plenty of parking on the driveway in front of the garage and on the pebbles to the left of the driveway. Please do not park on the grass.



Security cameras: A security camera is located inside the garage, pointed at the owner's stored items as well as the front parking areas.



Pets: Sorry, this property is not pet-friendly.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company and professionally launder all linen and towels between each stay.



Cleaning: An exit clean is included in your stay.



Parties/events/noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for neighbours. No parties or events.



Smoking/vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the property.



Minimum age to book: Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
