We had a very nice stay here. Clean and in a convenient location, with the lake and various restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was like a small apartment with 2 floors and a full kitchen and sitting area. Very nice and clean pool and hot tub, with hours that appeared to be from 9am to 9pm. We would definitely consider staying here again!

1 night stay only en route to Napier. Lots of space, upstairs bedroom, downstairs living, looked out onto lake and swimming pool. Funfair blocked the full view of the lake, so shame! V close to town, so very convenient. Pretty quiet too.

Le Chalet Suisse was a lovely place to stay! The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep.
