    Set in one of Taupo’s most loved lakefront spots, this classic holiday home in Wharewaka is all about location and creating memories. Just steps from the water, it’s the perfect base for relaxed lake days, family adventures, and making the most of everything Taupo has to offer.



    With a slightly retro feel, the home offers comfortable, easy living across two levels, with the added convenience of a lift between floors. Upstairs is the main hub, featuring the living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and lovely lake views. Downstairs you’ll find a third bedroom, second bathroom, laundry, and internal garage - ideal for storing bikes, water equipment and other valuables.



    Bring the boat or jet ski, or simply wander down to the lake for a swim. There’s a playground nearby for the kids, and the popular Lions Walk and cycle track runs right along the waterfront.



    You’re also just a 3-minute drive to Kokomea Village for supermarket, eateries, and essentials, and only 8 minutes into Taupo town centre.



    Pets are welcome on request (fees and bond apply), so your furry family members can join the getaway too. Please note the property is not fenced, so pets will need to be supervised or on a leash when outside. A child/pet gate is installed at the top of the external stairs on the front deck.



    Rejoyce Holiday Home is a great option for those wanting a laid-back stay in an unbeatable lakeside location.

    Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat/single parking. There is guest access to the garage which is more suited to store valuables.



    *Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



    Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



    Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



    STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
