With four bedrooms sleeping up to ten guests, this home is built for groups and families who want space to spread out and come together. Two king bedrooms, a twin room that can convert to a king, a bunk room and two living areas, mean everyone has their own place to land at the end of the day.



Outside, the property really comes into its own. Fire up the Weber BBQ, soak in the spa, gather around the outdoor fireplace as the evening cools, or let the kids loose on the trampoline. Little ones can explore the neighbourhood on the kiddies' bikes, while the garage keeps things lively with a dartboard and table tennis table.



Taupo is one of the North Island's most loved holiday destinations — the lake, the hot pools, Huka Falls, and great dining are all within easy reach, making this a natural base for a full, relaxed holiday.

House Rules and Information:



Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking.



Pets: No pets permitted.



Linen included: Linen and towels are provided.



Cleaning: An exit clean is included in your booking.



Parties/events/noise: No parties or events permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for neighbours.



Smoking/vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the property.



Safety/feature disclosures: This property has a spa pool & is close to the river — please supervise children at all times.



Minimum age to book: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a booking.
