Very well maintained grounds and holiday park facilities. Beautiful swimming pool and poolside area, and a hot tub that could be booked. We had a self contained cabin with a comfortable bed and a lovely veranda for outdoor sitting/dining option. The only negative comment is that the bathroom was dated.

Upon arrival I greeted at the desk by Rich who was very friendly and answered aĺl my questions he even went out of hids way to show me where all the restaurants were on the map, very nice guy. The room was pristine and had all the ammenities free wifi, heat pump etc. I would definitely come back again.

I found paying for the use of the spa pool rather unjust, considering what you had to pay for a self contained cabin.

The family unit was spacious and clean and fit our family of 7 comfortably but the hot water wasn't working and for $315 a night that was really disappointing. Also the towel heater overheated and daughter burned her hand on it and it was a potential fire hazard. I don't like giving bad reviews but to me these 2 things were a huge oversight for a premium rated top 10

Great place to stay. The unit was clean and in good condition. Locationally, so close to everything we'd recommend it to anyone who is wanting to experience what Taupo has to offer.

Staff very helpful, as we were to arrive late. Directions to our unit were clear. Although their milk supply hadn’t come, gave us enough from their own frig.

Enjoyable stay

We were running late and the hotel tried to get a hold of us and advised how we could get into our accommodation. We appreciated this. The stay was very nice. Family and friends also stayed.

Check in was fast and easy - front desk were lovely and friendly. Cabin was very clean and large - we are a family of 5 - kids enjoyed the thermal pool, tgough more for soaking than playing. Very central to everything in taupo - would stay again.
