This is a warm, spacious, sunny four-bedroom house with 3 living areas. The house offers a large kitchen with an open-plan living room and 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets.

The living areas open onto decks, perfect for relaxing on those sunny Taupo evenings. There is also a laundry.
Perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience in Taupō. Also suitable for companies looking for comfortable accommodation for workers.

The space
Welcome to your Taupō getaway! Nestled on a peaceful gated Grandview Estate, this sunny and spacious home is the perfect base for your holiday.

Step inside and enjoy the natural light streaming into every living room. With generous decks at the front, you’ll have the perfect spot to soak up the sun, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind with a glass of wine after a day of adventure.

The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 well-appointed bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds, both opening to the deck. The third has 2 single beds, and the master bedroom with a king bed and opening to the cobbled area, ideal for families or friends travelling together. There are two modern bathrooms, including an ensuite off the master bedroom, offering extra comfort and privacy during your stay.

There is ducted heating throughout the house, ensuring you are warm and cosy during the winter months.

You’ll love cooking in the fully equipped modern kitchen, and there's plenty of space to relax, dine, or play.

The secure double garage offers ample space to safely store your bikes, boating equipment, or any adventure gear you bring along. I

This house neighbours a L'Arté Cafe & Gallery and is a few minutes' drive to The Bay Bar and Brasserie and the lake for summer swimming and boating.

Other things to note
Guest Rules:
1. The house has an Apartment on top of the garage rented separately; it has its own private and separate entrance
2. No parties, loud noise, or music
3. Please respect the neighbours and the gated community rules.
4. We have a spa bath, but not for guests' use, as we are on bottled gas water and the spa takes a lot of water, so you will run out of hot water if you use it.
5. No pets allowed, and take off shoes when inside

No parties, smoking, or pets.
Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Amenities:

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing powder, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.
Linen provided and one body towel per guest (no beach or hot pools towels and our towels are not be used for beach or hot pools).
