Beautiful days and evenings to spend lounging around on the sun drenched deck. Metres from beautiful Omanu beach & Surf Club with safe Patrolled Beach all summer. Easy beach access across the road. Not over crowded. Excellent surfing spot.
Plenty of off street parking and free on street parking as well.
Level 1 is the main living area, including spacious lounge and spacious kitchen with everything you'll need. 5 burner Gas Hob. Double drawer dishwasher. All day and evening sun on deck, with a Weber BBQ to enjoy relaxed dining. Huge lounge for chilling out. Also has the main bedroom with 1x King bed & King Single, with rollaway that can be set up in lounge if required. The main bedroom also has a Smart TV with sound bar. Access to Netflix, TVNZ on demand, etc
Top level has spacious bedroom with 1x Queen bed and awesome Smart TV with sound bar and additional speakers, with access to Netflix, TVNZ on demand etc. Magic views out to the ocean.
Across the road are shops including famous GEORGE cafe, fish & chips, awesome Indian restaurant & takeaway, Thirsty Liquor , plus well stocked dairy.
5 minute drive to downtown Mt Maunganui where you'll enjoy great restaurants & bars, cafes, boutique shopping. 5 minutes to Bayfair Shopping Centre. Airport 5 minutes drive. OR Uber anywhere for a really reasonable cost.
