An easy stroll to the beach, harbour, Mauao, boutique stores or fabulous local restaurants and cafes; makes this the dream holiday destination.

    The Space:
    The first thing you will notice when you step inside this contemporary apartment is the wide welcoming entrance, which leads through to the modern and open plan kitchen, living and dining area with an unsurpassed view of Pilot Bay.

    The generous gourmet kitchen boasts two ovens and two dishwashers so ideal for those who enjoy entertaining in style. A breakfast bar helps create a social atmosphere to catch up over a glass of wine or enjoy a coffee while you contemplate the day ahead.

    The comfortable master suite offers a queen bed and large ensuite with shower and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a versatile study / third bedroom offers a queen pull out sofa. A second generous bathroom features a shower over a bath; perfect for all guests needs.

    Sit out on the patio and soak up the beautiful view while enjoying a delicious BBQ on the Weber. A side Juliet balcony provides a great spot to surf check the break at Main Beach.

    A stroll in any direction will lead you to the beach, pilot bay, Mauao, boutique stores, the hot pools, restaurants and cafes; this really is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing break.

    The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and comes with one secure basement carpark.
