You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Papamoa Summer Fun!
Relax at this peaceful family home.
A short walk to the shops, parks and beach.
The house features generous indoor living, large covered outdoor seating and dining, with large gas charcoal BBQ.
Modern kitchen with cooking essentials.
The master bedroom has ensuite, followed by a Family Bathroom with separate toilet.
2nd bedroom has king-single bunks, and the 3rd bedroom has a quality sofa which folds out to queen bed. 4th bedroom will have a Queen Air Bed
House will be different inside - such as no Xmas decorations.
The space
As this is our family home, storage cupboards etc are all full. You're welcome to use board games, books etc. The bedroom with fold-out queen bed / sofa has an entertainment unit with 50" tv and lot of toys for kids to play, including xbox with some games, and streaming services.
Guest access
Garage has x1 car space. There are also 2 parks directly outside house (in front of garage and by front door) and plenty of on-street parking.
Other things to note
This is our family home that we are vacating for the summer so every comfort catered for. All we ask is that you look after it like your own home and leave it as you find it.
No more than 4 adults. Happy with 4 kids - 2 can sleep on bunks and we also have queen airbed for 2 more kids.
