    The Space:

    The Lumiere House offers a sophisticated two-level layout designed for relaxing and entertaining. Light-filled interiors include an inviting open-plan living and dining area with a warm fireplace and a functional modern kitchen with an additional upstairs lounge.

    The home features three bedrooms, including a master retreat with an ensuite and private deck, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with two king single beds. There is also an additional full bathroom with a bathtub.

    Step outside to enjoy the private plunge pool, sunny decks and comfortable outdoor seating for alfresco dining. Retreat to the upstairs deck to take in Mauao views.

    After a day at Pilot Bay, Mount Maunganui Main Beach or exploring Mauao, return home to relax by the fire or enjoy the outdoor spaces. With cafés, restaurants and the Mount's attractions nearby, The Lumiere House provides a beautiful base for a memorable Mount Maunganui stay.

    Please note that the outdoor fireplace as seen in the photos is out of order until further notice as we are awaiting a part to fix it.

    Guests have private access to the entire home, including the private plunge pool, outdoor entertaining areas and decks.
