Di was a wonderful caring host! Lovely clean self contained unit in a fabulous location, close to the beach, cafes and shops. Nip thru the back yard and you’re right on the waterways, great for walks. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Great space

This is presumably a granny flat and as such it is spacious and has all the features of a home. Garden connects to the local walkway so great if, like us, you have a dog. Highly recommended.

Peaceful escape

Loved our stay here, the place has everything you need. Ild stay again and again. It is connected to the main house, but there is a garage between and you cannot hear a thing, very large and spacious. Beach is a 10 min walk away. To top it off we got engaged on the beach uring our stay, so we will def be back. Thank you!!

Hidden gem

We have stayed in higher value properties promising the earth that haven't delivered however this property does deliver. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large bbq at our disposal we were able to cook homestyle meals with ease. The property backs onto a reserve and is away from the main house allowing an atmosphere of privacy and seclusion. Other than a few ants (which we deal with occasionally at home and was not an issue for us) this property was well suited to our needs, very clean and more than adequately equipped. We would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again. All dealings with our host were a pleasure, although we were unable to meet them in person all communication was conducted pleasantly and efficiently.

Peaceful in Papamoa

Perfect apartment for a couple. Well located in quiet neighborhood, with short walk to nice beach, close to shopping. Hosts Diane and Bill were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this rental unit.
