for holidays in peace, we propose you this mini villa of 35 m2 in seasonal hiring. It understands a room of life of 20m2 with room of water in the rdc and in mezzanine a room of 15 m2. It is completely independent (independent access to the property) and is located 20 minutes drive from Ajaccio, 25 minutes from the seaside resort of Porticcio. Nearby, river where is a nice beach, hiking, tree climbing, karting, canyoning ...
the mini villa includes a kitchenette with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine ... and a living area with sleeping for 2 people. In mezzanine, a bed for two people. Possibility to add an extra bed or cot. The mini villa includes a garden of 200 m2 with barbecue, garden furniture. A private bowling also.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le sud de la Corse
Hôte très disponible et ayant plein de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours.
Le logement est bien équipé, confortablement et surtout idéalement situé. A moins de 100m (escalier) se trouvent boulangerie, charcuterie, place où se tient tous les jours le marché, supermarché,..
Nous n’avons jamais eu de problème pour garer notre véhicule. Il y a une petite rue qui descend à côté de l’appart où on a toujours trouvé des places.
Bref, nous sommes très satisfait du logement !
