"Clean room, great service, good location for upper keys experience"

"It was a very nice hotel, with a clean pool and room. We were able to park right outside our hotel, it’s far from the main road so no noise issues, you could rent out the kayak and paddle boards for free. The person that checked us in was very nice and we would definitely come back here again. "

"We had a great experience. Loved watching the sunset from the top deck. Great to cruise around in the electric catamaran. Kelly’s recommendations were great. We found the sand bar and the Dive restaurant at Mangrove Marina was fun with the live music."

"The room (214) was clean except for the jets in the whirlpool tub. A shirt from previous guest was left under the dresser. Other than those two things everything was clean. The bed is extremely firm, uncomfortable and nosy. The kitchen was ready to cook. Nice (small) balcony. The Ocean View was an ocean view but it was a far away ocean view. They were doing construction on our building, started early every morning. The elevator was out of service for about 24 hours. You have to pick up the key off site and check in is not until 5pm. We got Key Largo at 9am so we had to drive around with all of our luggage in the car all day. The guard at the gate was very personable. I crossed path with one of the managers according to his name tag, he was congenial. We would stay at this location again."

"This place was absolutely beautiful. They surprised us with decorations in our room for our anniversary. Champagne and chocolates were an amazing touch. We will definitely be back! Their location allows for a sunset view over the water every night from a private beach and seating."
