Le propriétaire Marco est très sympathique et donne de bons conseils de visite Mention très particulière pour Luciana qui s’est occupée de nous pensant notre séjour de 4 nuits ! Elle est aux petits soins et ne sait pas quoi faire pour être agréable ! Elle a toujours le sourire et bien que nous l’ayons dérangé à 2 reprises pour des petits soucis, elle s’est démenée pour nous apporter...

"This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! "Beautiful accommodation, lovely room. Just a short walk from Corso Roma - the main road through Gallipoli, with many restaurants bars, and leads up to the old town."

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
