El hotel es viejo y sus instalaciones están descuidadas, durante la noche falta personal en el lobby o no hay nadie disponible, pero la vista hacia la ciudad es increíble, si el hotel fuera restaurado sería uno excelente.

El hotel está en muy mal estado, en las habitaciones los baños no sirven bien sólo salió agua caliente una vez, está muy viejito el hotel y eso no es lo malo lo malo es que literal se está cayendo y la alberca ya estába muy sucia se veía muy turbia el agua, la verdad no volvería a ir a este hotel

La verdad el hotel está muy viejito, no nos ofrecieron agua en la habitación, a la alberca le falta mantenimiento y una caldera, estaba muy resbalosa, no es para gente mayor o que necesite andadera o silla de ruedas

Con respecto a las instalaciones me gustó mucho… como tal tiene una historia impresionante y es bueno que traten de conservar y rescatar lo que queda de. Me encantó mi habitación una vista muy bonita. Con respecto al personal muy atenta y amable. Con respecto a los servicios el internet pues no es nada buena y el agua caliente es tardío. La jubilación es muy buena por qué está cerca del centro y se puede ir caminando. Para los que les gusta la historia pues ojalá puedan ir visitarlo y conocer lo poco que queda de este hotel.
