I stayed here for a few nights and it was the people who made my stay special.
Amir at reception helped me again and again. He greeted me with a smile every single time and he took care of every request with real kindness. You can tell he cares about his guests.
Dua made my check-in quick and easy on my first day. Fahim from housekeeping was very kind and helped me carry my bags and get settled as soon as I arrived, before I even asked. And Waseem, who drives the shuttle, was always on time and always kind.
This is a new hotel and I did not know what to expect. What I found was a team that treats every guest with care. I will gladly be back here next time I’m visiting.

Very helpful and cooperative staff. Specially Mr. Saqib is very nice and helpful. Rooms are not to big but of reasonable size, specially in this price and close to Haram.

Room Floor was extremely dirty.when we walk in the room barefoot bottom of our feet was extremely dirty and black.and so many flies in the room even though the window was closed completely.one advantage very close to Kaaba.7 min walk
