Sunny Corner is a stunning, recently updated 3 bedroom waterfront property set on 3 acres of private land in Eildon’s exclusive Taylor Bay.

Bedroom 1: Large master suite offering a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuite with dressing room, separate toilet and shower/bath.

Bedroom 2: Offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and French doors that open onto the large deck at the rear of the house, allowing you to wake up to picturesque views that Taylor Bay has to offer, as well as easy access to the second bathroom and toilet which has recently been updated.

Bedroom 3: The bunk room offers 2 single bunk beds, which sleep 4 people.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, conduction stove top, electric oven, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and glassware. An ALDI coffee machine is also provided however, guests will need to purchase and bring along their own Expressi coffee pods.

There is a BBQ & drinks fridge available on the large covered deck offering beautiful private views of Taylor Bay for relaxing family & alfresco dining. We recommend the Thornton Butcher, which is only 12 mins away, for some delicious cuts of meat and incredible beef jerky!

The large open plan living area is a great space for families to spend time together, with an open fireplace, an extendable dining table, comfy sofas and a 50-inch ultra-high definition smart TV with built in Netflix and YouTube apps. Setting of the fireplace for your arrival, as well as additional firewood, can be arranged for your convenience at an additional fee. The property has unlimited Telstra wi-fi internet available to allow you & your family to stay connected, and let you stream music or movies to help you relax during your stay!

Sunny Corner is visited by all types of wildlife, such as kangaroos, wombats, kookaburras & cockatoos. This also includes a great number of beautiful birds, Rosellas & King Parrots to name a few, who will regularly join our guests on the back deck whilst you sip on your morning coffee (feel free to bring some wild bird seed, they particularly love sunflower seeds!)

Sunny Corner is located just 5 minutes drive from Eildon’s town centre. Nearby attractions include:
- Eildon Pondage (BBQ and playground, brilliant for kids)
- Fraser National Park (walking trails, scenic lookouts)
- Boat launch facilities (Jerusalem Creek)
- Fishing / boat hire services
- Snobs Creek waterfalls

Linen provided but guests must bring their own towels. Guests will also need to bring toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Pets considered upon application and at an additional fee (ie. no puppies under 12 months).

Smokey Corner

The place smelt of smoke, which we discovered was due to an issue with the fireplace flu not working despite following instructions. In winter, when we were staying this is an issue which hopefully would be addressed. There is other heating but it does not create the same warmth of a fire. The location is pleasant with the local birds and bush creating a private serene stay.

We liked the stay at ur house , it was clean and neat. Only problem was heating at bedrooms(needs more heating at winter time), otherwise it was a wonderful time with family at the place.

Had a good time staying.

Great location and quiet neighbourhood. Have a big yard and its good for kids. Love Big Barbecue area and big living room. Great stay.

Great location but dirty !

We loved the location & large deck however the doonas on the beds were dirty [some blood stained], kitchen untensils & bowls were dirty, bbq was dirty, outside fridge was dirty, oven was filthy & general state of the place was unclean. Whilst we were disappointed with this we did note the actual bed linen was of a good standard. We would be tempted to come back provided the place was maintained to a higher standard.

Nice Family stay

Older style home but comfortable. Has a great outdoor deck and a huge beautiful yard. Lots of visiting birds and kangaroos. Kids loved being outdoors exploring, so us adults had time to relax too. Great for 2 families.
