The staff was polite and the property was clean. The rooms are pretty basic . Paper thin walls (was woken up several times by noise in other rooms and the hallway), poorly lit. I would highly recommend this property. It was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Bob did a great job communicating all the property details before my arrival. It's just a 7 minute drive to SUNY Cortland. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice time here, house exceeded my expectations. The lake was beautiful to wake up to, I would bring my coffee out and sit in the chairs provided. Lovely neighborhood for a walk with a nice park down the road. Would come again!
