If you are needing a furnished rental while you work locally or are waiting for your new build to be finished, or the closing date on a new home, but don't want to break the bank, this is your answer. With plenty of space for your entire family or coworkers and a relaxing view and neighborhood, you will be able to rest comfortably during your stay. The home provides basic amenities with a few extras.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Home is on a dead end road. Closest restaurant is the local Crossroads Grill for favorites like burgers, fried chicken, etc. It is only five minutes up the road. Bethlehem is about a 10 minute drive west and has a variety of restaurant options including Mexican food and pizza. There is a Lowe's grocery store there. And if you need some night time entertainment Vault bar is there as well. There is a newer restaurant and bar on the lake on your left as you drive towards Bethlehem, less than 10 minutes away, The Sandbar Marina and Grill. They often have live music. Drive north up hwy 16 about ten minutes if you're craving brisket or bbq from Apple City BBQ. And continue north into Taylorsville for more options.

You have access to the entire home.

The double wide home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living room has two couches, with one of those a queen sofabed. The kitchen has a full fridge, dishwasher, range and washer and dryer. There are two covered porches, one on the front and back of the home. There is a large grass yard to enjoy with a view of Lake Hickory nearby.

The home is in a rural setting so you will need your own transportation.
