The apartment we were staying in was small but had all the amenities. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the botanical garden, the baths and everything else in the old town. The owners were very helpful and caring! The arranged a transfer from the airport for us and kept our luggage for a few days. It was a great stay! Thank you so much!

I didnt know Stalin stayed here in 1905!. Property is the last house in Botanical St at the foot of the stairs to the fortress and facing the entrance to the Mosque. Prime tourist location in the old town and overlooking the sulphur baths. Room was very nice with friendly staff. I was able to leave my bags in the morning before check in and after when I had checked out. Wifi service was strong, nice renovated apartment, no complaints and would love to stay again.

Great memories created.

Cozy and stylish. Great location. Plus: FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. I was going back to Tbilisi from Mestia on the day of check-in. Unfortunately the small plane I booked was canceled due to bad weather. I had to hire a driver for a 9-hour drive to go to Tbilisi. The Apartment helped me to communicate with the driver who doesn't speak English and made sure along the way the driver would sent us directly at their door. Feeling grateful to have someone there to help.

Une excellente adresse dans le Vieux Tbilissi

Vieille maison en brique rénovée avec goût dans le Vieux Tbilissi, juste en face de l'unique mosquée (très calme). Nous avions réservé l'appartement 1 chambre (pour trois personnes). Chambre très spacieuse, avec petite cuisine, grande salle de bains et un accès à un patio commun avec du mobilier d'extérieur. La wifi fonctionnait parfaitement. Harouna, la personne sur place, est très sympathique et très serviable. À savoir, la maison se situe en haut d'une rue très escarpée !

The apartment was lovely furnished, in a perfect location in the city center (close to everything, but quiet) and our hosts were most helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. Perfect choice, we will definitely stay there again when we come back to Tbilisi!

Прекрасные апартаменты в старом городе! Очень уютные и чистые апартаменты , на кухне есть все необходимое, есть возможность постирать вещи ( в хоз.комнате в цоколе ) Нико очень гостеприимный хозяин , организовал нам аренду машины по хорошей цене и трасфер из аэропорта и обратно. Нам все очень понравилось !
