The rooms good, though shower very tiny. Only downside is the noise, the employees seem to treat it like their own little playground, shouting, singing and laughing really loud at night and morning.

Good location with great hospitality
My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location and close to sightseeing spots. There was a great breakfast every day , and any request i had was never an issue. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The young ladies who seem to run operations are kind and helpful. The home cooked breakfast was excellent--fresh potato pancakes the day I ate there, along with other things. Centrally located to all attractions, beautiful balcony to relax on.

An amazing hotel ...
... perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. Access to all the attractions is easy, only a short walk away. The room and facilities are top-notch. Service was fantastic as were the staff, who were helpful and knowledgable about the things to see and do in Tbilisi.

Ana, Nino and other staff were extremely kind and helpful. Their help made our stay in Tbilisi so much easier and enjoyable. The location of the hotel, close to old city and many restaurants , was an added attraction.

The front desk ladies are so friendly. Allowed me to check in so early in the morning. Offered me drinks and breakfast on the day of my arrival because I have to leave the hotel very early the next day.

It is a hidden jam . Very nice u feel u are home . Owner managed all staff are pleasant & nice .supporting an individual's operation not a corporate it is a win win situation for both . Stayed 5 nights June 15 to June 20 in a comfort double room . Recommend it for sure will stay at next trip .

I enjoyed my stay at the Mariam-R. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern, and the location is great for someone who is visiting Tbilisi for leisure. The staff are great, especially Ani, who is so kind and helpful.

Very nice place, conveniently located in the old town, and just a few minutes walk away from buses and the metro. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is a construction site next door, which may be a problem if you like midday naps.

The location is just at the center of every places you want to see in Tbilisi . The staff ver helpful friendly . The rooms are very comfortable . You even have free laundry service . Amazing hotel with very friendly staff!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. We felt like home because of the warm welcome by the staff. Ani (the hotel manager) is such a bright presence and she made sure that we were comfortable at all times.

This recently opened hotel is small in nature but full of character. Apparently it is an old house converted recently into a hotel. The position of the hotel is " the best" In the old town but only a short walk from Freedom Square. The cable car and for the beer lover the best craft beer bars in Tblisi. I was met by Ani the duty manager on reception. A friendlier more warm welcome I could not ask for.I was shown my room which was light airey and comfortable. The shown where to get tea or coffee whenever I wanted. The hotel is in a quiet part of old town so a good nights sleep is no problem Breakfast is a varied mix of local delicacies served by the lovely cook. Want boiled eggs. omellete no problem. always something different with breakfast. Ani is the life and soul of the hotel. Want information? She will help you. She gave me advice on where to go what to see. All in all I enjoyed my trip to Georgia pleased to meet Ani and hope I will be back in the not too distant future.

Best-value hotel I've stayed in and perfect staff
The hotel location, price, rooms and service are exceptional. The gent who met us was great and Anna who was at the desk the next day couldn't have been more helpful or kinder. Everyone was super-welcoming. This is an excellent new hotel and I think small groups would be mad to stay anywhere else in Tbilisi, which is a great city to visit. Absolutely fantastic. I am not a cat person and even he was excellent.

The most comfy beds in Gruzia
Rooms a bit small, excellent beds, hotel super quiet and perfect for a good night sleep. Breakfast just OK, starts at 9am and is thus quite useless if you are on a day or morning tour. Nice location in the Old Town, construction site next to the hotel but work started around 11am and did not disturb the hotel stay. If getting to the hotel by taxi, beware there is another accommodation facility of exactly the same name in the modern part of the city and taxi's navigations show this modern place - we arrived in Tbilisi after dark, did not pay attention to the ride and ended in the wrong place first. Taxis are super cheap so it did not mattered much but the traffic is horrible and added about 45minutes to the journey.

Surrounded by dilapidated buildings/construction but beyond those, the view of the hills especially at night is nice. Centrally located. People were awesome. Staff have a very family spirit, ready to make your stay even more comfortable.
